When the gold selection equipment is installed, what is the installation sequence?

What is the installation sequence of the gold selection equipment? Gold selection equipment generally includes: feeding bin, uniform feeder, grading screen, desliming system, water supply system, enrichment equipment, water supply pump and water supply pipeline, electric control part, structural frame, generator set, and their installation sequence is general as follows:

1. Install the structural main frame, which is used to support the structural main frame of the desliming system and grading screen.

2. Install desliming system;

3. Install grading screen;

4. Install the water supply pipeline on the equipment;

5. Install a uniform feeder;

6. Install the feeding bin;

7. Install the water supply pump and water supply pipeline;

8. Install enrichment equipment;

9. Install and wire the electric control cabinet;

10. Install the generating set.

After the above sequence of installation is completed, the single set of gold selection equipment is debugged one by one, and then the whole set of equipment is tested. After everything is normal, it can be officially put into production.
