How to solve the clogging of trommel screen equipment?

Due to the different configurations of the trommel screen, during the production process, the trommel screen occasionally encounters the situation that the material is difficult to break or cannot be broken. If you encounter the problem of sand screen machine clogging, you must first stop the operation of the trommel screen, and then eliminate the causes one by one to find the corresponding solution. And it is necessary to master the practical method of removing the clogging of sand and stone separation equipment.

1. There are problems in the design of the sand separator or the improper use of the operator.

In this case, the feeding port should be cleaned first, the unmatched conveying equipment should be changed, and the feeding amount should be adjusted to make the drum screen equipment operate normally; and a skilled operator should be appointed or professional training should be given to the operator.

2. The feeding speed is too fast and the load increases, causing the sand and gravel production line to be blocked.

Therefore, manufacturers specializing in the production of drum screens should always pay attention to the large deflection angle of the ammeter pointer during the feeding process. If the rated current exceeds the rated current, it indicates that the motor is overloaded. .

When this happens, immediately reduce or close the material door, or change the way of feeding, and control the amount of feeding by increasing the feeder.

1. Clean up the dust, dirt, grains and other sundries inside and outside the drum sieve.

2. Apply paint to the places where the paint has been worn off, such as the frame and cover.

3. Place the trommel screen in a dry warehouse. If possible, lift the machine and cover it with oilcloth to prevent the machine from being damp, exposed to the sun and rained.

4. Before using in the next year, the trommel screen should be thoroughly cleaned and overhauled. All bearing seat covers should be opened to remove oil and debris, lubricating oil should be reapplied, and deformed and worn parts should be replaced. After parts are replaced and repaired, all connecting bolts must be tightened securely as required.
