After the tailings are discharged, the ore-distributing device automatically turns away from the original normal position to prepare to intercept the concentrate , and then the high-pressure flushing water valve is automatically opened, and the high-pressure flushing water will wash down the concentrate deposited on the inner wall of the drum. After the concentrate is flushed, the high-pressure water valve is automatically closed. The ore separator automatically resets to start the next sorting cycle.


The centrifugal concentrator can run continuously for a long time, easy to maintain, and has a wide range of applications. The feeding of the centrifuge has the following requirements:

1. The cleaner the pulp water, the better.

2. The pulp water concentration is about 30%

4. The recoil water pressure is 0.1~0.3MPa

5. The backwash water must be clean water.

6. The feed must be uniform.

After the above conditions are met, the gold recovery rate of the centrifuge is as high as 90%.
