Gold shaking machine is a widely used mineral processing equipment. Its basic structure is divided into three main parts: bed surface, headboard and frame. (1) Bed surface, the bed surface can be made of wood, fiberglass, metal (such as aluminum, cast iron) and other materials. The common shapes are rectangle, trapezoid and rhombus. There are many parallel bed strips (also known as rifling strips) or grooves carved on the bed surface along the longitudinal direction, and the bed strips are lowered from the transmission end to the opposite side and pinched out on a diagonal line. The bed surface is supported by the frame or suspended by the frame. The bed surface of the shaking table is inclined, and it is inclined at 1.5~5 degrees from the ore feeding end to the opposite side in the transverse direction, so that the water flow fed by the ore feeding tank and the flushing tank forms a thin layer of inclined water flow on the bed surface. There is an ore feeding trough on the upper right of the bed surface, the length is about 1/3~1/4 of the total length of the bed surface; there are many small holes on the side of the ore feeding trough, so that the ore slurry is evenly distributed on the bed surface. Connected with the ore feeding tank is the flushing tank, which accounts for 2/3~3/4 of the total length of the bed surface. There are also many small holes on the side of the feeding tank, so that flushing water can also be fed evenly along the longitudinal direction of the bed surface. There are also many valves in the tank to adjust the distribution of water along the length of the bed.


(2) The head of the bed (transmission mechanism), driven by the motor, connects the bed surface through the pull rod, so that the bed surface makes asymmetrical reciprocating motion along the longitudinal direction. When the bed is moving forward, the speed changes from slow to fast and then stops quickly; when it is going backward, the speed increases rapidly from zero to high, and then slowly decreases to zero. The bed surface produces longitudinal differential motion, so that the ore particles on the bed surface can be transported in one direction. Transporting to the concentrate end is forward transporting, otherwise it is called reverse transporting.


(3) Frame or suspension mechanism, the support mode of the bed surface is seat type and suspension type. In the seated type, the bed surface is directly connected to the bracket, and a slope adjustment device is provided on the bracket to adjust the lateral slope of the bed surface. The hanging type is to hang the bed surface on a shelf with a wire rope, and the bed surface is suspended in the air. Adjust the slope by adjusting the tightness of the wire rope.
